<p>The present invention relates to an insulation installed intake manifold preventing noise and vibration. More specifically, unlike the insulation installed in the intake manifold, the insulation integrated intake manifold is formed by directly casting the polyurethane foam on an intake manifold surface in a double layer and manufactured by a conventional foamed molding method. Accordingly, the insulation integrated intake manifold improves a contact between the intake manifold and the insulation to maximize the effects of noise and vibration resistant, as well as reducing the manufacturing process and the manufacturing costs.</p> |
