PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high-reliability radio communications with a small transmit antenna or receive antenna under the environment where interference is generated by multiple waves (multi-path).SOLUTION: A radio transmitter (10) comprises a modulator (13) which modulates an information signal of a frequency f1 with a carrier wave of a frequency f2 and outputs a first modulation signal. The first modulation signal is transmitted by a transmit antenna (20) of linear polarization, an angle of a linearly polarized wave to be transmitted is rotated in a frequency f3 by a motor (14) that rotates the transmit antenna (20) in the frequency f3, and the first modulation signal is superimposed on independent two vertical polarization and horizontal polarization components. A radio receiver (30) comprises: a diversity receive antenna (31) in which a plurality of input signals are obtained by receiving them on a plurality of polarization planes, respectively; a path difference phase shifter (32) for correcting a phase caused by a path difference of the input signals; and a synthesizer (33) for synthesizing a corrected reception signal. |
