<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which facilitates calculation of calibration costs with respect to printers, from among a plurality of printers on a network, under control of a color management system which manages the color management state of paper of printers.SOLUTION: A cost management system comprises a management device and a plurality of printers connected to the management device via a network, and is for a color management system which realizes unified color management in the plurality of printers by applying color adjustment information for a prescribed printer to different printers. The cost management system comprises: first calculation means capable of calculating print costs in a prescribed period according to each printer with respect to printers belonging to the color management system; and second calculation means capable of calculating calibration costs in a prescribed period according to each printer with respect to the printers belonging to the color management system.</p> |
