<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve rationalization of a structure with respect to a steering part for a care-taker in a wheel chair, and improve design versatility.SOLUTION: A wheel chair 1 can travel by itself with an in-wheel motor 9 and has an armrest part 16 on both sides of a seat part 4. The armrest part 16 is rotatably mounted around an axis center O along the vehicle width direction of the rear of a seat part 4, functions as an arm rest of a seated person when rotating forward, and is constituted as a steering part 18 of the wheel chair 1 by a care-taker when rotating backward. A backrest part 15 is mounted on the upper edge of a front wheel support frame 7 so as to be rotatable around the axis center O, and the armrest part 16 is integrally formed on both edges of the backrest part 15.</p> |
