The present invention provides a bicycle counting apparatus capable of measuring the present condition of use of bicycles and the present condition of movement of bicycles for creating statistics, and a bicycle counting management system using the same. The bicycle counting apparatus includes: a main body; a sensing unit provided on one side of the main body to sense a bicycle when the bicycle passes; a display unit provided on the other side of the main body to display the number of bicycles sensed by the sensing unit; and a control unit provided on another side of the main body to control the display unit to display at least one information according to the number of bicycles sensed by the sensing unit. |
