PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution service of acquisition data received from facsimile for a multifunction machine etc. that operates in a cloud environment.SOLUTION: A service providing system comprises: management information storage means which stores management information managing user identification information, device identification information and service identification information in association; authentication information reception means which receives authentication information including user authentication information and device authentication information from a device connected with the service providing system via a network; service determination means which, when the authentication information is successfully authenticated, determines a service associated with the authentication information on the basis of the authentication information and the management information; and execution means which, when a first device connected with the service providing system via a network receives facsimile, receives a use request for a facsimile distribution service from the first device, and in response to the use request, distributes image data received by the first device to a specified storage device that is connected with the service providing system via a network.
