PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a PAPR of a preamble having an arbitrary length.SOLUTION: A first calculation unit 11 generates first calculation data by rearranging elements of at least one of a real part data series, which is a real part of a data series having elements whose number is determined in accordance with the number of elements of a preamble model, and an imaginary part data series, which is an imaginary part. A second calculation unit 12 generates second calculation data having a structure in which elements of data obtained by performing fast Fourier transformation on the first calculation data are arranged at intervals of a predetermined number of elements. A preamble generation unit 13 generates a preamble by multiplying each element of the second calculation data by the element of the preamble model, which exists at the same position as the element of the second calculation data. A preamble determination unit 14 determines, when a peak-to-average power ratio of data obtained by performing inverse fast Fourier transformation on the preamble meets a prescribed criterion, the preamble as a preamble of a transmission signal. |
