PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple inspection kit and inspection method of a coronary artery disease.SOLUTION: (1) An inspection kit of a coronary artery disease includes one or two more reagents for measuring a prorenin; (2) In the kit mentioned in (1), the reagent includes an anti-prorenin antibody; (3) An inspection method of the coronary artery disease includes a measuring process of measuring a blood plasma prorenin; (4) The method mentioned in (3) includes an evaluation process of comparing a quantity of a blood plasma prorenin and a predetermined threshold value; (5) In the inspection method mentioned in (4), the threshold value is set based on a significant coarctation; (6) In the inspection method mentioned in any of (3) to (5), the coronary artery disease has a coarctation of 75% or more in the coronary artery on a coronary angiography; (7) In the inspection method mentioned in any of (3) to (5), the measuring process is a process of measuring the blood plasma prorenin by immunoassay; and (8) The inspection method of a coarctation state of the coronary artery includes a measuring process of measuring the blood plasma prorenin. |
