<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive synthetic fiber having excellent conductivity and being transparent and/or white. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive synthetic fiber has a coating layer comprising a thermoplastic resin containing a conductive zinc oxide having a specific surface area of 3 to 60 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g which is formed around a core layer comprising a drawn thermoplastic resin monofilament or multifilament. In the manufacturing method, a water dispersion type resin containing a thermoplastic resin and a conductive zinc oxide is applied around a drawn thermoplastic resin monofilament or multifilament, followed by heat-treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
