PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmission service method and a device thereof are provided to transmit the data traffic of a network by considering a traffic state in each network. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(110) selectively provides part data divided from transmission target data based on a data transmission rate in a predetermined connection network. A communication unit(120) simultaneously transmits the provided part data through two or more access networks. The control unit confirms a data transmission delay difference in the access network for the transmitted part data. The control unit sets the data transmission rate in the set access network based on the data transmission delay difference in the confirmed access network.
