<p>The present invention relates to a curved display device and a driving method thereof. The curved display device includes a flexible display panel, a cover bottom which cases the display panel on the rear side thereof, and at least one curvature control device which controls the curvature of the cover bottom by applying tension in the longitudinal direction of the cover bottom with regard to the rear side of the cover bottom. The cover bottom is composed of a corrugate plate which includes an intermediate layer with an uneven part, a first cover layer which coats the upper side of the intermediate layer, and a second cover layer which coats the lower side of the intermediate layer. The first cover layer includes an opening part to expose the intermediate layer by corresponding to the curvature control device.</p> |
