PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent call release in failure recovery.SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a first exchange; second exchange; and a plurality of master apparatuses which connect to either of the first and second exchanges and communicate with a slave apparatus. The second exchange transmits second specification information which specifies the second exchange as a connection destination and differs form first specification information for specifying the first exchange as the connection destination, to a master apparatus of the plurality of master apparatuses which has changed its connection destination from the first exchange to second exchange. |
