PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer capable of suppressing deterioration of productivity of a printed matter and change of quality of printing images in a wide range, and capable of reducing deterioration of printing image quality due to satellite.SOLUTION: An ink jet printer 1 prints an image by moving a sheet and discharging an ink to the sheet from a nozzle of an ink jet head 21. The ink jet printer 1 comprises a control part 4 for controlling the ink jet head 21 so as to print an end part on an upstream side of an image to be printed by changing resolution to resolution lower than set resolution. |
