<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn which requires no remover, allows simple knitting and provides a product in a beautiful state without making an assembled yarn fall apart.SOLUTION: In an assembled yarn, a large number of fibers are integrated, and the diameter of the fibers is smaller than 1 micron. The assembled yarn uses, as a sizing agent, an oil which is called a corning oil that usually uses an animal or a plant oil or a mineral oil in emulsion form and is liquid at ordinary temperature. The sizing agent is an oil liquid at ordinary temperature and evaporates when overheated. For a cloth product using the fiber, the sizing agent is removed by heating after formation of cloth so as to release the mutual integration of fibers of the assembled yarn. The product is shocks having a cylindrical foot part.</p> |
