The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for removing ovary of a cow, which does not damage other organs and can easily remove ovary. The device for removing ovary of the cow comprises: an ovary cutting unit cutting ovary of the cow; a lower end unit in which the ovary cutting unit is inserted; an upper end unit arranged and connected to the top of one side of the lower end unit in which the ovary cutting unit is inserted; a cover control unit equipped on the bottom of the lower end unit in a ring form and connected to the upper end unit and the lower end unit; an upper end cover unit arranged on the top of the other side of the lower end unit, pin-connected with the lower end unit and the upper end unit, and moving to Z axis according to control of the cover control unit; and a handle supporting the lower end unit. Ovary can be cut by the ovary cutting unit by being inserted between the lower end unit and the upper end cover unit.
