<p>The present invention relates to an ultrasound contrast medium to which nanoparticles having increased drug delivery capacity and enhanced drug penetration effects are combined, and a preparation method therefor. The ultrasound contrast medium, according to the present invention, comprises drug-loaded nanoparticles combined to the surface thereof, and thus has improved drug delivery capacity and nanoparticle penetration by ultrasound waves. In addition, the present invention prepares nanoparticles using cancer target-specific protein, thereby allowing selective diagnosis and treatment of cancer to be simultaneously carried out.</p> |
