<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a high absorbent magnesium complex and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a high absorbent magnesium complex which mixes and reacts a protein resolvent gained by enzymatically treating milk protein with magnesium. According to the present invention, the magnesium complex which is easily absorbed in body can be effectively manufactured by an eco-friendly method. Also, provided is the magnesium complex having excellent antioxidant activity reducing active oxygen which promotes aging and causes various diseases.</p> |
