<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a compost, wherein organic waste is composted so that a bulking agent is mixed with a moisture regulating agent used for a fermenting step. More specifically, a moisture regulating agent used in the process of fermenting organic waste, such as livestock excrement, human excrement, food waste, waste discharged from agricultural and marine processing factories, waste discharged from food processing factories, and waste discharged from butchery factories, is used with bulking agent in order to produce the compost. To this end, in the present invention, a compost is produced by mixing a bulking agent with a moisture regulating agent used for a step of composting and fermenting organic waste such as livestock excrement, human excrement, food waste, waste discharged from agricultural and marine processing factories, waste discharged from food processing factories, and waste discharged from butchery factories. When an aged compost is produced by aerobically fermenting the organic waste, the organic waste is composted by mixing a bulking agent, which is a hydrophilic polymer having excellent absorbency, with one or more moisture regulating agents from among sawdust, peat, peat moss, coconut meal, sugar cane meal, mushroom waste, wheat bran, bark, wood powder, activated carbon, chaff, and leaf mold.</p> |
