<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a mold surface of a mold in a uniform state before molding, to increase hardening speed of a molded product in molding for enhancing productivity, and to make hardening of the molded product uniform.SOLUTION: A bubble 4 is adhered to respective mold surfaces 21a and 22a of upper and lower molds 21 and 22 by discharge operation of a bubble discharge machine 5 in a mold opening state of a mold 2. The bubble 4 adhered to the respective mold surfaces 21a and 22a is adhered to a heated steel plate 10 by mold closing operation of the mold 2, then the steel plate 10 is subjected to drawing molding for acquiring a molded product 9. In the mold closing state, the bubble 4 is sandwiched between the respective mold surfaces 21a and 22a and the molded product 9, and the bubble 4 is vaporized, and then the molded product 9 is cooled and hardened.</p> |
