This invention consists of a profiled disk cutter with adjustable teeth designed to work on helicoidal and complex surfaces.The cutter comprises a profiled tubular body with axial seats, sloping towards the edges, and hosting some conjugated adjustable teeth. It is provided with supporting elements (2) seated in each seat (a) of the tubular body (1), designed to position the chipping teeth (3) by manipulating some tenons (4) with non-coaxial surfaces (c and d), which ensure axial travel of the supporting elements (2) against an associate hole (e).
