<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy loss and properly prevent flickering. <P>SOLUTION: A heat generating body 31 is supplied with AC power (AC) from an AC power source 100 through a first power line L1. An auxiliary power source 33 receives the AC power from the AC power source 100 through a second power line L2 and outputs a DC current (DC) through a third power line L3 connected to the heat generating body 31.
