Disclosed are an antenna manufactured by inserting an antenna pattern into a base layer through ultrasonic welding and hot pressing, a method of manufacturing the same, and a portable terminal such as a smart phone, which includes the same. According to the present invention, the antenna comprises: a base layer; and an antenna pattern inserted into the base layer constructed by using a wire. The method of manufacturing the antenna comprises steps of: winding a wire around a base layer through ultrasonic welding to form an antenna pattern; and performing hot pressing on the antenna pattern to insert the antenna pattern into the base layer.
