PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that can reliably level the surface of a field without breaking a leveling unit.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine 1 includes: a seedling planting part 30 mounted to the rearward of a traveling vehicle body 2 traveling in a field and planting seedlings; a lifting/lowering link mechanism 32 for lifting and lowering the seedling planting part 30; a leveling unit 5 for leveling the field; and a leveling unit support mechanism 6 for supporting the leveling unit 5. A leveling support frame 39 is attached to a planting frame 35 of the seedling planting part 30. The leveling unit support mechanism 6 has one end rotatably connected to the leveling support frame 39 and the other end rotatably connected to the leveling unit 5, and includes leveling turning arms 60 and 61 for supporting the leveling unit 5 and a horizontal maintenance mechanism 63 for horizontally maintaining a posture in the longitudinal direction of the traveling vehicle body 2 of the leveling unit 5.
