PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which has no adverse effects on an adherend, e.g. a transparent conductive film, and is excellent in durability, an adhesive and an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprises a (meth)acrylic ester polymer (A) of a weight average molecular weight of 1,000,000-2,500,000 containing a monomer having a hydroxy group, a monomer having an aromatic ring and a monomer having a carboxyl group as monomer units constituting the polymer, an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent (B), a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group (C) and an active-energy-ray curable ingredient (D). The (meth)acrylic ester polymer (A) contains 1-5 mass% of the monomer having a hydroxy group, 5-30 mass% of the monomer having an aromatic ring and 0.1-0.8 mass% of the monomer having a carboxyl group as monomer units constituting the polymer. |
