<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head capable of suppressing degradation in print quality.SOLUTION: An inkjet head includes: a piezoelectric member 13 that forms an ink pressure chamber 14; an electrode 16 arranged on a side surface of the piezoelectric member 13 opposed to the ink pressure chamber 14; a nozzle plate 20 adhesively bonded to an upper surface 13T of the piezoelectric member 13 near an opening of the ink pressure chamber 14 and including a nozzle hole 21 communicating with the ink pressure chamber 14; and a protection film 60 covering an upper surface 20T of the nozzle plate 20 spaced apart from the piezoelectric member 13, an inner wall 211 of the nozzle hole 21, an adhesion portion AP which is coupled to a lower surface 20B of the nozzle plate 20 in contact with the upper surface 13T of the piezoelectric member 13 and in which the piezoelectric member 13 adhesively bonded to the nozzle plate 20, and the electrode 16. The protection film 60 is locally thin at least around the nozzle hole 21 on the upper surface 20T of the nozzle plate 20.</p> |
