<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving die by which a smooth processing surface is easily obtained even when a material of a workpiece is hard. <P>SOLUTION: The shaving die 1 includes a punch 2R for cutting an uneven part 900R of a surface 90R to be processed and allowing a processing surface 91R smoother than the surface 90R to be processed to be obtained by sliding on the surface 90R to be processed of the workpiece 9. The cross section in the sliding direction near the tip of the punch 2R includes a tip part 210R, a linear tilted part 213R arranged at the rear side in the sliding direction of the tip part 210R and protruded to the front side in the sliding direction, and a curved chamfered part 212R arranged between the tip part 210R and the tilted part 213R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
