The present invention relates to a streetlight control system using natural energy and a method of the same and, more specifically, to a streetlight control system using natural energy capable of checking whether a failure occurs or not at a long distance by measuring a level of a generated voltage and a charged voltage in a control system which can control brightness of the streetlight depending on whether a human body is detected or not within a certain distance by charging the power produced from a generator which produces electricity by solar heat and wind force; and a method of the same.
