The present invention relates to a method for supplying agricultural water using multistage a multi cyclone system which has a 4 step removal mean and wherein sewage containing scum flows into the bottom and final treated water is discharged to the top, and which sterilizes and supplies the treated water. The apparatus for treating water according to the present invention effectively removes floating fine particles as well as treats precipitable waste water, and uses no chemicals including a coagulant to prevent secondary water pollution since the apparatus adopts nanobubbles and a cyclone technology, thereby being very useful in supplying agricultural water using sewage, discharge water of the sewage, or stream water.
