According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: a step of manufacturing a hot rolled sheet by heating a slab and performing hot rolling of the heated slab, wherein the slab includes 0.0005-0.015 wt% of N, 0.0001-0.020 wt% of Ti, 0.0001-0.020 wt% of V, 0.0001-0.020 wt% of Nb, 0.0001-0.020 wt% of B, and the remaining consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; a step of annealing the hot rolled sheet; a step of manufacturing a cold rolled sheet by performing cold rolling of the annealed hot rolled sheet; a step of performing nitriding annealing after decarburization annealing as the cold rolled sheet, or performing the decarburization annealing and nitriding annealing at the same time; and a step of finally annealing the steel sheet after the decarburization annealing and the nitriding annealing are completed. |
