PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a test piece capable of safely and unfailingly cutting the test piece containing harmful inorganic waste.SOLUTION: A cutter 1 for a test piece includes: a holding mechanism 30 which holds a test piece T; a cutting mechanism 40 which cuts the test piece T; a moving mechanism 50 which moves the cutting mechanism 40; and a housing 10 which houses the cutting mechanism 40 and the holding mechanism 30. The moving mechanism 50 includes: a screw shaft 51 which is rotatably fixed to the housing 10; a nut 52 which is provided at the cutting mechanism 40 and threadedly engages with the screw shaft 51; and a handle 53 which is disposed at the exterior of the housing 10 and rotates the screw shaft 51. The housing 10 includes: an opening part 11; a door part 12 which closes the opening part 11; and a window part 13 which allows a user to observe the interior of the housing 10. |
