PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve estimation accuracy of a lane. ! SOLUTION: A lane estimation device 100 comprises: a sensor 110 that detects a motionless object and a moving object which are present around a vehicle; a first lane estimation unit 122 that estimates a first lane on the basis of a position of the motionless object detected by the sensor 110; a second lane estimation unit 124 that estimates a second lane on the basis of a trajectory of the moving object detected by the sensor 110; and a third lane estimation unit 126 that estimates a third lane to be driven by the vehicle on the basis of the first lane estimated by the first lane estimation unit 122 and the second lane estimated by the second lane estimation unit 124. !
