The method involves taking an impression of lower and/or upper jaws, and realizing a model of work. A scanner model is scanned to achieve a scanned file. A metal frame (1) is obtained from a standard preform (2A) or from outlines of geometry and volume according to a predetermined range of morphologies jaws at a disposal of an operator. The preform is completely and finally machined for obtaining the frame according to computer data file converted into a machining program by computer assisted manufacturing software and transmitted to a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool. An independent claim is also included for a preform for final realization of a dental removable metal frame.
