A method and a device for diagnosing a leakage of battery pack are provided. A method for diagnosing a leakage of battery pack according to the present invention includes: a step of connecting a capacitor to a battery pack; a step of measuring a voltage charted to the capacitor; a step of measuring a variation of the voltage charged to the capacitor for a predetermined period; and a step of determining the leakage of the battery pack using the variation of the voltage charged to the capacitor for the predetermined period.
