The present invention relates to an ice cream carrying cold-reserving box for which a consumer uses the same to carry ice cream displayed on large retail stores such as hypermarkets. More specifically, the consumer can eat the purchased ice cream without changing the taste in the final consuming step using the ice cream carrying cold-reserving box. The ice cream carrying cold-reserving box comprises: an inner side box wherein ice cream contained in a tub is placed therein; an outer side box configured larger than the inner side box and installed in the external of the inner side box; and a space taking body installed on the upper side and the lower side of the inner side box respectively to form an insulation space filled with air between the inner side box.
