PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power source control device that includes a latch relay for connecting between one or more vehicle-mounted loads that operate at any time and a vehicle-mounted battery to enable the latch relay to be immediately restored even when the relay contact of the same is disconnected when operating the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle power source control device, which includes a latch relay 7 for connecting between vehicle-mounted loads 4, 5 and 6 that operate at any time and vehicle-mounted battery 1, is configured to include a determination circuit 13 for determining whether a vehicle is in operation or not and second determination circuit 14 for determining whether the latch relay 7 is connected or not and to cause the latch relay 7 to be in connection when the determination circuit 13 determines that the vehicle is in operation and the second determination circuit 14 determines that the latch relay 7 is not in connection.
