PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover kinetic energy efficiently as regenerative electric power.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle 1 comprises: an engine 14; a motor 18 which is a motor for traveling and capable of regenerating, and exhibiting motor characteristics of motor efficiency equal to or more than 90% in engine speed which is 75% of the maximum engine speed when load is equal to or more than 10% of the maximum load; and a transmission 16 for transmitting power of the engine 14 to an axle 12. The motor 18 is coupled to the axle 12 without interposing the transmission 16. |
