PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device in which the temperature of a power generation part of a fuel cell can be raised early.SOLUTION: The fuel cell device includes: a fuel cell 100 which has at least one flat-plate type power generation cell 110 including a platy power generation part in which a solid electrolyte body 111a is held between a cathode electrode 111b and an anode electrode 111c, and a platy support 112 that abuts on an outer peripheral edge portion of the anode electrode 111c to support the power generation part; and a voltage application circuit 121 for applying voltage to the support 112 so as to make a current flow from one end side to the other end side in a plate surface direction of the support 112. The support 112 is electrically connected with the anode electrode 111a, and electric resistance Rf of the support 112 in the plate surface direction is higher than electric resistance Rc of the anode electrode 111c in the plate surface direction. |
