PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator whose whole of drive performance is excellent without generating abnormal sound, and also to provide a lens barrel and an electric apparatus.SOLUTION: A vibration actuator 10 includes: a vibrator 13 which generates vibration; and a relative movement member 15 which comes into contact with the vibrator under pressure and relatively moves to the vibrator 13 by the vibration. One of a first contact surface 12c in contact with the relative movement member 15 in the vibrator 13 and a second contact surface 15a in contact with vibrator 13 in the relative movement member 15 has a first film 18 having 2 to 45 GPa of indent hardness, and the other of the first contact surface 12c and the second contact surface 15a has a second film 19 containing fluorine resin. |
