A magnetic scroll (1) comprises a mandrel (4) capable of radial expansion and contraction; the magnetic scroll (1) further comprises an elastic sleeve (2), which is sleeved on the mandrel (4) in such a manner that the elastic sleeve (2) can expand and contract radially; and a plurality of magnetic elements (11, 11'), which are fixed on the elastic sleeve (2). The magnetic scroll (1) can readily upgrade the existing scrolls at low investment and cost, and also has good take-up effect. The present invention further relates to a coiler device comprising the magnetic scroll (1), and a wrapper device (40).
