FIELD: ecology.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vertical hollow rod, a water- and oil-proof membrane, a flexible hose, a pump, a storage container, and a rope. In the upper part of the rod under the upper flange and the membrane there are oil-intake openings. The upper flange of the rod is hermetically connected by a flexible hose to the pump and the oil-intake container placed on ice, as well as with the inner perimeter of water- and oil-proof membrane. Along the outer perimeter of the membrane the loads are evenly distributed. The lower flange of the rod is hingedly attached to the spacers, connected to the outer perimeter of the membrane. The diameter of the upper flange is larger than the diameter of the lower.EFFECT: reduction of water pollution level by accelerating insulation of emergency breaching of crude oil and petroleum products.1 dwg |
