<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a piezoelectric device with vibrating portions arranged in a zigzag pattern. A piezoelectric device of the present invention is a laminated body (139) including stacked first and second sheets (100, 110). A first electrode (101) of the first sheet (100) comprises a first region (161) located in a first side (139a) of the laminated body (139), and a second region (162) directed to a second side (139b) being opposed to the first side (139a). A second electrode (111) of the second sheet (110) comprises a third region (163) located on the second side (139b), and a fourth region (164) directed to the first side (139a). The laminated body (139) is divided by a plurality of grooves (144). In the laminated body (139), the grooves (144) are interposed between a plurality of driving units that are first driving units (U1, U5) and second driving units (U3, U7), wherein the first driving units have a fifth region (125a) apiece where the fourth region (164) and the first region (161) are opposed to each other, and the second driving units (U3, U7) have a sixth region (125b) apiece where the second region (162) and the third region (163) are opposed to each other. There are straight lines (L1, L2) connecting a center of a region of the first driving units (U1, U5) and a straight line (L2) connecting a center of a region of the second driving units (U3, U7).</p> |
