According to the present invention, a piston slipper (1) for a hydraulic pump comprises: a main body part (10) coupled to a piston (2); and a sliding part (20) positioned on the upper side of the main body part (10), having a longitudinal cross section with a circular shape, and having a top surface (30) touching a swash plate. The top surface (30) of the sliding part (20) includes: a hole (31) formed on the central point of the top surface (30), and used for the inflow of a working fluid; a recess part (32) to form a flow path for the working fluid flowing from the hole (31); and an outer peripheral part (33) formed along the outer circumferential direction of the recess part (32), and having multiple inclined grooves (40). Each of the inclined grooves (40) includes: an inlet (41) positioned on the inner circumferential surface of the outer peripheral part (33); and an outlet (42) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the outer peripheral part (33), wherein the inlet (41) is formed to have a length shorter than the length of the outlet (42). |
