PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device in which variance in distance between a lens substrate and a semiconductor substrate and damages of the lens substrate and the semiconductor substrate can be suppressed by preventing the lens substrate from, due to an external force, vibrating in a thickness direction to distort.SOLUTION: An optical device 100 includes: a semiconductor substrate 101 having an optical element 105 on one principal surface 101a; a lens substrate 102 disposed so as to be spaced from the semiconductor substrate 101, on the side of the one principal surface 101a of the semiconductor substrate; and an adhesive resin part 103 which is disposed between the one principal surface 101a of the semiconductor substrate and the lens substrate 102 and bonds both of them. The lens substrate 102 has a lens part 102A and a frame part 102B supporting the lens part 102A from its periphery, and the lens part 102A is arranged in a position overlapping with the optical element 105, and the adhesive resin part 103 is filled in a space interposed between the semiconductor substrate 101 and the lens substrate 102. |
