<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting relay fusion in an eco-friendly vehicle. The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for detecting rapid charge relay fusion in an eco-friendly vehicle, capable of solely detecting and determining whether there is fusion in rapid charge relays by improving a charge termination sequence. To achieve the objective, the method for detecting rapid charge relay fusion in a power relay assembly comprising respective main relays of a (+) power line and a (-) power line and respective rapid charge relays of the (+) power line and the (-) power line includes the steps of: controlling a rapid charge relay one, which is one of a rapid charge relay of the (+) power line and a rapid charge relay of the (-) power line, to be in an off-state after the other rapid charge relay two is maintained to be in an on-state in a state of maintaining the main relays to be on-state before blocking power of a vehicle controller comprising a battery management system in a rapid charger after charging is finished; and measuring rear end voltages of the two rapid charge relays in a state that the rapid charge relay one is controlled to be in an off-state to determine that there is fusion in the rapid charge replay one if the measured voltages are equal to or greater than a reference voltage. The method is capable of determining there is fusion in the off-controlled rapid charge relay if the measured voltages are equal to or greater than the reference voltage by alternately on/off controlling the rapid charge relays of the (+) power line and the (-) power line in a state of maintaining the main relays to be an on-state.</p> |
