1. A 7-substituted fangchinoline derivative of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,wherein
W is —OCHR1—, —OSO2—, or —OC(O)—; Z is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted with a substituent, C2-C6 alkenyl optionally substituted with a substituent, C3-C7 cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl optionally substituted with a substituent, heterocyclyl optionally substituted with a substituent, aryl or heteroaryl optionally substituted with a substituent, and R2R3NCH2CH(OH)—, or Z and R1, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form C3-C7 cycloalkyl optionally substituted with a substituent; R1 is H, or R1 and Z, together with and the carbon atom to which they are attached, form C3-C7 cycloalkyl optionally substituted with a substituent; R2 and R3 are independently H, C1-C6 alkyl or C2-C6 alkenyl optionally substituted with hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen, C3-C7 cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl, aryl or heteroaryl, or R2 and R3, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form 3-7 membered nitrogen-containing heterocycle; said nitrogen-containing heterocycle optionally comprises an additional heteroatom selected from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen and is optionally substituted with a substituent;wherein said substitutent is selected from the group consisting of halogen, amino, C1-C6 alkyl amino, di(C1-C6 alkyl)amino, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, thiol and C1-C6 alkylthio; for said aryl, heteroaryl, C3-C7 cyclo alkyl or cycloalkenyl, heterocyclyl and nitrogen-containing heterocyclyl, said substitutent is also selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl, hydroxyl C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 haloalkyl;wherein when W is —OCH2—, Z is not ethyl, n-propyl or isopropyl; when W is —OC(O)—, Z is not ethyl or propyl. |
