Mobile communication system, control device, base station device, system control method and device control method

A mobile communication system is provided with a control device and a base station device.  Data communication between the control device and the base station device is performed in a data size with a fixed length and a data size with a variable length.  The control device transmits information which indicates whether the data size of the data communication has a fixed length or variable length.  The base station device receives the information from the control device.
