摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce difference in the shape and/or the size of a tissue represented in an image which is obtained by multiple dose of contrast medium and shift of respective imaging regions, reduce influence of residual contrast medium or/and recirculation, and perform perfusion analysis on an image where an artery region is not specified.SOLUTION: A medical image imaging and analyzing apparatus includes a corresponding part, a first pixel value transition part, a pixel value estimation part and a second pixel value transition part. The corresponding part makes position adjustment between one temporal sequence image and another temporal sequence image regarding a superposition region. The first pixel value transition part acquires first pixel value transition information. The pixel value estimation part acquires pixel value estimation information estimating pixel value transition caused by contrast medium administered when a temporal sequence image obtained prior to each of temporal sequence images, in the superposition region. The second pixel value transition part acquires second pixel value transition information representing transition of the concentration of the contrast medium administered when obtaining each of the plurality of temporal sequence images.
