The present invention provides a power supply device and a method for regulating dead-zone time. The device includes: a power supply converter and a regulator, where the power supply converter includes a primary-side mosfet, a secondary-side mosfet and a transformer, and the regulator includes a current sampling unit, a reference voltage generating unit, a signal processing unit and a control unit. Embodiments of the present invention can improve conversion efficiency.
