The present invention provides a fitting fastening apparatus for an irradiated cladding which includes a nuclear fuel cladding combined with a fitting bolt on one end thereof, a first gear which includes an insertion hole into which one side is inserted and fixed, a second gear which is engaged with the first gear and rotates the first gear, a power transferring unit which supplies power to the second gear, and a fixing unit which fixes a fitting nut to combine the fitting nut with a fitting bolt when the fitting bolt is rotated.
