Provided are a signal transmission method, device, communication system, terminal and base station. The method comprises: determining a repetition factor or an extended sequence of a channel; determining a time domain resource according to the length of the repetition factor or the extended sequence, wherein the time domain resource is a transmission subframe; and using the transmission subframe of the channel to send a signal. The signal transmission method, device, communication system, terminal and base station provided in the present invention can solve the technical problem of poor channel coverage in a signal transmission method of the prior art.
